THANKSGIVING MEAL
PRESENTATION (Nov. 28, 2002)
Today we are honored to celebrate the 50th
anniversary of L.P. and Estelle Burleigh: our
parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents.
We would like to begin by reading the famous
love chapter in the Bible, which sets the
example of marriage for us.
DAVID READ 1 CORINTHIANS 13 IN THE BIBLE
We could not be more honored to express our
love and gratitude for all you mean to each of
us. Your marriage is an inspiration to all of us
and a true example of what real Christian love
is all about. We, your family, want to express
our love and thanks to you. Although the list is
endless, here are just a few ABC's of why we

Yvette
As husband and wife, you set the example
for the rest of us who are married. We have
watched your unselfish love for each other grow
into what it is today. You inspire us.
Gerry
As parents, you have taught your
children to love God and we are thankful for
that. Because of you we can understand how much
our Heavenly Father loves us. We admire you for
that.
Christopher
As grandparents, you have shown the true
meaning of the word in every sense. We look at
you in awe as we watch you enjoy being
grandparents and we know that we would someday
like to be just like you.
Scott
As great-grandparents, your love seems
to grow more and more and we wonder just how
much more you have to give. It is so beautiful
to us.
John
As in-laws, you have extended the same
kind of love you give to your own. You have
accepted all into the family and extended your
lives in so many beautiful ways to them.
Kevin
And last of all, and best of all... as
Christians, you have set the example before us
to pass on to other generations to come. You
have given us a heritage that is richer than the
finest gold there is. This truly is a
"golden anniversary" cause it
represents the greatest riches of all and that
is the love of family under the headship of
Christ.
David
We close with these powerful words from
our Holy Bible that we feel the Lord is saying
to you...
His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good
and faithful servant: thou has been faithful
over a few things, I will make thee ruler over
many things: enter thou into the joy of thy
lord. Matthew 25:21
WEDDING VOWS
At this time, we will allow Pop and Mom to
share their vows with
us. We would like to have Brother Stout come
forth along with Pop and Mom to renew their vows
before the Lord. We are honored and thankful to
you, Brother and Linda Stout, for being here to
share in this blessed event.
After they complete their vows, we ask that
everyone pause for a moment of silence as we
listen to the words of a song dedicated to them.
After the song is completed. we will have
refreshments and the taking of pictures and
continue with more presentations afterward.
POP AND MOM EXCHANGE VOWS.

to everyone that there is a keepsake album for
everyone to sign at the anniversary table. Then
